I saw the work on water by Mario, very good. The water companies in UK now charge quite high amounts to have a supply into your home, we have 2 or 3 huge reservoirs (man - made lakes) built about 20 kilometres from our city to supply us. They have watersports on these lakes but also presentations there showing the importance of conserving water.The third one below (Rudyard) is interesting because Rudyard Kipling's parents (who wrote Jungle Book) met each other there, so when he was born they named him Rudyard. Here they are:

Ho visto il lavoro sull'acqua di Mario, molto buono.Le compagnie dell'acqua nel Regno Unito adesso fanno pagare somme abbastanza alte per avere un rifornimento nelle proprie case, noi abbiamo 2 0 3 enormi bacini di riserva ( laghi artificiali) costruiti a quasi 20 chilometri dalla nostra città per rifornirci. Su questi laghi si praticano sport d'acqua ma anche presentazioni che mostrano l'importanza di salvaguardare l'acqua. il terzo sotto (Rudyard) è interessante perchè i genitori di Rudyard kipling ( che ha scritto "Il Libro della Jungla") si incontrarono lì, così quando egli nacque lo chiamarono Rudyard. Riguardo a "cambiare il mondo per renderlo un posto migliore....", la classe 4^B pensa che salvaguardare l'acqua, un elemento veramente prezioso per la vita dell'uomo, sia un'ottima strada per realizzare ciò. I bambini stanno stanno lavorando ad un progetto sull'acqua e queste sono alcune delle loro idee...

In order to "change the world to make it a better place...", la classe 4B thinks saving water, a really precious element fot the human life, can be e very good way to realize that. The children are working at a project about water and these are some ideas of them...

How to change the world to make it a better place. /Come cambiare il mondo per renderlo un posto migliore.

Last year a national newspaper in the UK ran a competition asking for ideas from children how we can change the World to make it a better place. Class 5 have been looking at some of these entries and deciding how we could carry these out. We have also added some of our own…………
L'anno scorso un giornale nazionale nel Regno unito ha bandito un concorso alla ricerca di idee fra i bambini su come cambiare il mondo renderlo un posto migliore. Let's learn English having fun! / Impariamo l'Inglese divertendoci!

What a fun!
At school on Monday and on Tuesday 7th and 8th April we hosted a company of native English speaking actors. They acted some tales in English and we partecipated at the plays answering questions, reapeting new words, singing and acting. After the play we had a wokshop with one of the actors in the classroom: again games, songs and rymes , of course only in English! It was really interesting! We learnt new words having a lot of fun!

Che Divertimento!

A scuola lunedì e martedì 7 e 8 aprile abbiamo ospitato una compagnia di attori di lingua Inglese. Hanno rappresentato delle fiabe in Inglese e noi abbiamo partecipato alle rappresentazioni rispondendo a domande, ripetendo nuove parole, cantando e muovendoci. Dopo la rappresentazione abbiamo avuto un laboratorio con uno degli attori in classe: ancora giochi, canti e rime, ovviamente solo in Inglese! E' stato veramente interessante! Abbiamo imparato nuove parole divertendoci un mondo!
