Our English "Mother's Day"
I am going to leave some work from my children in England, UK about MOTHER’S DAY and how they feel about their Mothers. As you can see from what the children have written, Mothers are very special. (which I’m sure they are all over the World !!) In England we celebrate Mother’s Day on the 4th Sunday in Lent and have done so since the 16th century !! This happens to be coming up on Sunday of this week : March 2nd.Happy reading guys !
Sto lasciando alcuni lavori dei miei alunni in Inghilterra, (UK) sulla FESTA DELLA MAMMA e su cosa essi provano per le loro Mamme. Come potrete vedere da ciò che i bambini hanno scritto, le mamme sono molto speciali. ( Come sono sicuro sono in tutto il mondo!!!) In Inghilterra celebriamo la Festa della Mamma la quarta Domenica di Quaresima e facciamo così fin dal XVI secolo!! Si dà il caso che questo accada in questa settimana: il 2 Marzo.
